Breakers is a North County San Diego, CA indoor/outdoor Roller Rink and Rooftop bar located on the Pacific Coast Highway. Our mission is to modernize the 70s/80s roller rink for a new audience and create a can't-miss experience for locals and visitors alike. Breakers vision is to become a fixture in the Cardiff-by-the-Sea community for decades to come. For our older patrons, it should feel like a time capsule to years gone by, while our younger visitors feel like they've just stumbled upon their new favorite hangout spot.
